Strength from
the ground up.

Antaeus is a workout tracker with a coach inside. It reads every set you log, plans what you should do next, and tells you why — in plain words, on your phone, with no account.

The Today screen: the coach's plan for the day with training and fuel rings
What it does Six things · No jargon
01 The coach

It plans your training — and shows its work

Every session you finish teaches it something. It makes workouts harder when you're ready, backs off when you're run down, and when a lift stops moving it figures out why and fixes it. Every decision comes with the reason, written like a coach would say it.

  • A ready-made plan every day — never "what should I do?"
  • Weights adjust to how you're actually performing
  • Stalled lift? It diagnoses the cause and changes the plan
The coach's ledger
Squat +2.5 kg. Last week's top set moved fast — you're ready.
Holding chest volume. Two short nights logged; we consolidate, not push.
Plateau broken. Bench strength +4% since the deload — the fix worked.
Every decision, explained in writing
02 The logger

Log a set in seconds, one-handed

Built for the middle of a workout: big targets, your last session ghosted in so you just confirm, a rest timer that starts itself, and plate math done for you. Or don't touch the phone at all — say "225 for 5 on bench" to Siri and it's logged.

  • Faster than a notes app, smarter than a spreadsheet
  • Rest timer, plate calculator, warm-up ladder built in
  • Voice logging from Siri or Apple Watch

A form check from your phone

Film one set. Antaeus watches the video on your phone — nothing is uploaded — scores your depth, tempo, and bar path, and gives you the one cue that matters most. Next session it asks whether the cue landed, and adjusts.

  • Squat depth called against parallel, honestly
  • One clear cue, not a wall of numbers
  • Clips stay on your phone. Always.

04 The map

See which muscles are on track

A body map with traffic lights: green means a muscle is getting the right amount of work this week, amber means it's falling behind, red means you're overdoing it. Tap any muscle and the coach tells you what to add — and how much.

  • Spot neglected muscles at a glance
  • Catches lopsided training before it becomes an injury
  • Prescriptions in sets per week, not lectures

05 The proof

Watch strength arrive

Personal records celebrated when they happen, a year-view training calendar, and honest trend lines for every lift. When you break a plateau, Antaeus tells you — with the number.

  • PRs, rep records, and lifetime milestones
  • Strength standards: see where you stand for your body weight
  • Every chart answers a question, none decorate

06 The fuel

Point the camera at your plate

Snap a meal or scan a barcode — calories and protein land against a daily target that's tuned to your body, not a formula. If the math says your metabolism runs hotter or colder than average, the target learns and moves.

  • Meal photo → logged in one tap
  • Protein targets that match your training goal
  • Eating and training finally read each other
